We cut out the 'prestige tax' associated with designer brands. By removing celebrity endorsements, expensive packaging, and licensing fees, we focus entirely on the quality of the scent, allowing us to offer the same high-end ingredients for a fraction of the cost.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Dossier EU products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and we ensure all our ingredients meet strict ethical standards.
What is your return policy for opened bottles?
We offer a risk-free trial. If you are not satisfied with your fragrance, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, even if you have already opened and sprayed the bottle.
How long does shipping take within the European Union?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.
Do your perfumes last as long as the original designer scents?
We use high concentrations of fragrance oils (Eau de Parfum and Extrait de Parfum) to ensure excellent longevity and sillage that rivals or exceeds the luxury inspirations.
